The Independence Building is ideally set up for artists and creatives to work across from the new Populus Hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. The studios are a 5-minute walk from the Art Museums across Civic Center Park, and two blocks from both the Convention Center and the revamped 16th Street Mall, one of the biggest tourist attractions in all of Colorado. Monthly discounted parking is available for artists. Other amenities include 24/7 access and temperature-controlled studios.
